STAGING is the process of preparing a house for sale.

You want to present your house in the best possible way by making it appealing to potential buyers.  This procedure involves cleaning, de-cluttering, de-personalizing, rearranging and updating the house and its contents.  As a result, a house that has been staged will usually sell quicker and for a higher price than the ones that haven't had work done.
